About ICBDAA 2026 | Singapore

“Big Data” has become an ubiquitous term. It is a rapidly expanding research area spanning the fields of science, engineering, medicine, healthcare, finance, business, education and transportation. The 2026 International Conference on Big Data Analysis and Application (ICBDAA 2026) will take place in Singapore from November 27-29, 2026, which is in conjunction with CDICS 2026 (www.cdics.org).

ICBDAA 2026 is the main annual big data conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from all around the world to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We cordially invite you to submit your recent research work to ICBDAA 2026 and attend the conference to share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other scientists, engineers, and scholars.

1 Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Librar. The registration fee does not include APC, which is charged by ACM and paid by author individually.To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.
The 2026 price shall be implemented based on ACM's latest pricing standards.
a. If the corresponding author is affiliated with an institution participating in the ACM Open program, you are not required to pay an APC.
b. If the country in which your institution is located is on the list of low-income countries, you are not required to pay an APC.
c. If the corresponding author is affiliated with an institution in a lower-middle-income country and any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC is $125 per paper.
d.If the corresponding author is affiliated with an institution in a lower-middle-income country but none of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC is $175 per paper.
e. If the corresponding author is not affiliated with an institution in a lower-middle-income country but at least one of the authors is an ACM member, the APC is $250 per paper.
f. In all other cases, the applicable APC is $350 per paper.
▪ The conference organizer will submit all the accepted and presented papers to ACM for review and publication. If those papers fails to pass the review of ACM or retrieval agencies, the conference organizer will not refund any fees. If authors need to pay the ACP, authors should pay the fee to ACM accordingly.
▪ Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves.
▪ For listener, you can complete the registration and payment via Online Registration Payment System by Card with VISA/MasterCard issued outside of China. Listener from China can contact conference secretary to get the registration form.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons.
2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
4. All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers.

The workshop is open for anybody to attend. ICBDAA 2026 will include abstract, oral presentations, poster presentations, you can attend the conference as presenter or listener.

The full conference program in details will be available about two weeks before the conference. . This is a tentative program for reference only, program is subject to final confirmation.

Singapore is one of the most popular tourist destinations in South-East Asia. For such a small country it has plenty to offer including great shopping, fantastic food and exciting nightlife. Singapore has a population of around 5 million people. Singapore was originally a state of Malaysia until it broke off and formed an independent country in 1965.
Most nationalities do not need a visa to enter Singapore. At the airport they issue you with a 90 day entry permit. For more details of which nationalities do require a visa please see the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint website.
